In commemoration of this year’s World Heart Day, it is important to bring to your notice some of the things we ignorantly do that hamper our heart health.

The human heart is a muscular organ in most animals, which help in pumping blood through the blood vessels of the circulatory system.

The blood plays an important role in putting the heart into its proper functioning as it provides the body with oxygen and nutrients, as well as assisting in the removal of metabolic wastes.
